About 121 Fitness

Dan Savage

Fitting into your busy lifestyle

In our modern, busy lifestyles, fitting in exercise is not always easy, so I created 121 Fitness to help those who don’t have the time to go to the gym or are lacking direction and motivation. Having worked in the fitness industry since 2002, I now combine my passion for health and fitness with the training, skill and experience needed to help bring the benefits of exercise to you at home.

Home fitness specialist

Having a personal trainer who comes to you, wherever you are, makes exercising that much easier! All you have to do is find 30-60 minutes in your day and I will do the rest. Whatever your personal goals, 121 Fitness will create a programme just for you, working with you in the comfort of your own home, to provide the motivation you need to achieve sustainable results.

Cost effective

I provide a value for money service which helps you meet your goals without breaking the bank.

My approach

I believe that getting fit should be enjoyable and manageable. I ensure that all exercise programmes are challenging yet realistic at the same time. I think that variety is a key component to an effective exercise programme as this helps to motivate people and keeps exercise fresh and exciting.’For instance, on one session we might combine kettlebells, the core stability ball and the TRX suspension bands to help build your core stability and overall muscular strength and endurance and then on our next session we might go out cycling to improve your general fitness’.

My qualifications

BSC Hons Sport and Leisure Management, YMCA Level 3 in Personal Training, Circuit Training, Certificate in Sports fitness and sports therapy, REPS Public liability insurance, Premier Kettlebell level 1. Current first aid certificate.
