Our Approach

In order for an exercise programme to be effective you have to ensure it is enjoyable, progressive, challenging and well structured. When training with clients I like to make sure those simple requirements are met. I believe that variety is the key, it is important to regularly change your exercise routine and introduce new equipment to keep challenging your body and to keep the programme exciting.
